OVERVIEW
Generally speaking, every7th.com is my very own "song of the month" club (who am I?). Think of it as buying a Romania album in monthly installments or belonging to one of those "beer of the month" clubs... but with Romania songs. It's a new way to connect with exciting singles right in your area (music singles, of course).

More specifically, every7th.com is a $1/month subscription service that gives you access to exclusive Romania music and related content every month (wait, WHO is Romania?).

PURPOSE
Every7th.com is more than a way to cleverly extract a strategically unnoticeable amount of money every month. It is really created as a way for an artist to directly communicate with others one-to-one through music, visual art, pictures, videos, blogs and more.

Every7th.com also provides a different purpose for creating music and a unique way to experience it. These songs are developed independently and offered, usually, in pairs. This, along with the idea that these songs are distributed each month to a consistent group provides me the unusual opportunity to create a series of songs that, while related in their origin, differ widely in their presentation with varied song styles and recording techniques. It also creates a venue for releasing material that might not find it's way onto a conventional album. Those of you who spent half their youth collecting obscure seven inch singles from underground bands know what I'm talking about, right?

SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability has always been an elusive goal for musicians. Musical sustainability has always depended on an artist's ability to create and maintain relationships with fans through press and publicity of albums and shows. This process requires publicists, labels, booking agents, managers and a whole industry dedicated to connecting music with listeners. Every7th.com is meant, not really to circumvent the need for these ways of communicating with fans, but more so to provide another way of distributing music that doesn't rely so heavily on an industry that must respond to trends and cannot always respond simply to music and art. Every7th.com is meant to streamline the communication and, in turn, give you a more direct access to the song, the artist and the process behind the songs.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Always keep an eye out on the "News" page for updates concerning what is new on the site. I hope to be adding bands and artists to the every7th.com roster who are interested in this type of distribution and communication. At first though, it'll just be me, Romania, master of disaster(ous ideas)! Please keep in touch and let me know what you think.

ABOUT
Romania is me, Roman Kuebler. More accurately though, Romania describes the songs of Roman Kuebler and the cast of misfits drafted into service to help realize and improve, musically and otherwise, these valiant attempts. It is as surprising to me as it is to most of my old friends that, having not played a guitar until college, I have spent the last twelve years playing many instruments in many bands, writing songs, making albums and touring extensively in the U.S. and Europe. Being introduced to R.E.M. in the 80s was the key to discovering a D.I.Y. world that allowed bands and artists the ability to create and control their own musical trajectory. Developing that trajectory in the nearly industry-free city of Baltimore, not only promoted a sense of integrity and lack of pretense, but also necessitated self motivation and relentless action.

These independent qualities not only continue to be the driving force behind my current band, The Oranges Band, but also guided my involvement over the years playing with the Slow Jets, The Thumbs, Spoon and Impossible Hair. Learn more about Roman's bands.

I feel that, in the context of my intensely independent musical career, every7th.com is a logical progression. It is an attempt to include the listener in the d.i.y. experience and relate a satisfaction that happens through independence.

Every7th.com is a monthly subscription service for Romania music and related content. Basically, when you sign up, what you are agreeing to do is allow every7th.com to automatically charge your atm/debit/credit card $1 every month. In return you get access to all of that month’s exclusive content including 1-3 songs, a monthly blog, exclusive pics, song information and bios, album artwork by a “featured artist” every month and videos (when available). You can join at anytime during the month and get immediate access to that month’s content. You can also purchase previous month’s content by clicking on the month you are interested in. Just click on the month’s link and follow the prompts. You are also welcome to unsubscribe at any time. Sign up by clicking the link under the “Subscribe Now” section or by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the page.

Once you are a member, we’ll send you an email on the 7th of every month when your new content is available. Retrieve it by signing in and that month’s songs will be available to download to your computer. No need to download the artwork as it will be attached to the file. Browse through the blogs, pics and song bios and leave comments in the “comments” section.

SECURITY
This site was programmed and is hosted and maintained by the ever capable staff at Mission Media. Mission Media are e-commerce industry professionals who handle personal information every day. This site, specifically, uses the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect the communication / transfer of your sensitive personal data and credit card information.
